Clear Your Memory Without Restarting

But if there’s a simpler way by clearing the memory, why we must restart PC every time windows running hard? And below are the steps for that simpler way :
Step 1. Create new shortcut
assuming your working with a windows PC,Right click on an empty spot on your desktop and select New - Shortcut.
Step 2. Fill the input box
Type %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks in the box.
Step 3. Click Next.
Step 4. Give shortcut a name
Give your shortcut a nice name like “Clear Memory”.
Step 5. Click finish
Click Finish and you’re done.
After those steps above, just click this shortcut to clear out your memory whenever your computer starts running slow.
